Once we receive your work, you should get a confirmation email. However, there are a few reasons we might not get your work.
1. If you changed your username to something other than your student email address, we won’t know who the homework belongs to when it comes into our system. If you have changed your email please contact support@robbinsmadanes.com immediately.
2. Your confirmation emails have landed in your spam or promotions folder. Please check there and let us know if you still don’t see them. Please allow 30 minutes for them to arrive.
3. A technical problem might exist that we don’t know about. Please write to us for help if you don’t see confirmation in 30 minutes.
